Heatrae Sadia Handy hand wash water heaters are compact in design and suitable for installation over a sink or basin in workplace washrooms. Provides a simple source of hot water output where only a cold water supply and an electrical connection exists.

Available in three versions, either a 3.1kW or a 7.2kW manually operated unit, or a 3.1kW 'no-touch' automatically sensor-operated unit. For safety protection the Handy features a pre-set safety cut-out to prevent overheating and an integral pressure relief device. With a push-fit plumbing connection and concealed electrical supply, the Heatrae Sadia Handy water heater ensures a quick, tidy and hassle-free installation, with the slimline design of the unit only requiring a small amount of wall space.

The flow/temperature stabiliser adds another layer of convenience by maintaining a constant outlet temperature, even when faced with variable water pressure. The dual-level cut-out system further reinforces safety. The first level, operating at 52°C, automatically resets when the water cools down to 42°C. In extreme conditions, the second level cuts out at 92°C and is non-resettable, providing an additional safeguard.

Durability is a key focus in the construction of the Heatrae Sadia instantaneous water heater. The outer casing boasts a white moulded ABS plastic cover, while the heat unit utilises a copper-sheathed rod-type element. The water container, made of glass-reinforced nylon, ensures resilience over time. Backing the quality and durability of the Heatrae Sadia Handy series is a 2-year guarantee.
