Mains Tester Screwdrivers

Mains tester screwdrivers are simple electrical devices that can be used to establish if a circuit is live and carrying current without dismantling.

As well as being a functioning flat head screwdriver, the metal blade of the mains tester can be placed against a screw or terminal to test for the presence of live current,

The tester lights up the sealed neon internals at the presence of electrical current to the device, letting you know whether a circuit is safe to work on or potentially dangerous.

These testers have a one piece moulded blade and handle and are fully insulated for assured safety.

Features:

  • Approved neon mains test screwdriver, detects AC mains voltage via direct contact
  • Moulded insulated sheath and transparent plastic handle for maximum safety
  • Tester with pocket clip for easy storage
  • Testing range of 100-250V AC
