SWA EarthingNut Packs
The SWA EarthingNut™ provides electricians with an innovative alternative to traditional cable gland earthing methods, combining the functions of the earth tag and locknut in a single brass component. Unique cutting teeth bite into the enclosure wall, allowing the gland to be tightened from the outside while establishing a secure connection, with no additional drilling required. A dedicated connecting bolt provides a direct termination point for the protective conductor, while the grub screw secures the EarthingNut to the cable gland to help maintain electrical continuity. Suitable for use with both metal and plastic enclosures, the design does not compromise the enclosure IP rating and can save up to 60% fitting time compared with conventional methods. Available in a selection of gland sizes, SWA EarthingNut packs provide a practical, time-saving solution for professional cable gland termination and earthing.
