DELIVERY TIMESCALES

The website gives guidance on delivery timescales when viewing each product and product group. This is guidance only and should NOT be taken as a guaranteed delivery timescale.

If you require the goods urgently then please call 01473 798918 or email: info@internet-electrical.co.uk to obtain a live stock check on the products you need.

If your order is placed before 3pm on Monday to Friday, it will usually be despatched on the same day. This is providing that all of the items are in stock, on the shelf in our central warehouse.

Should we need to transfer goods from another part of our branch network, please allow an extra working day for receipt of your order.

If we are out of stock of any items on your order we will notify you by email, offering the option of either cancelling these missing line items or part shipping your order - additional charges may apply.

On despatching your order we will send you an email confirming the status of your order and providing the tracking number for your order. If you added your mobile number at checkout, you will also receive a text message from the courier to confirm your delivery date the day before the delivery.

On the delivery day you'll receive further text updates including a 1 hour delivery slot. If you're not available to receive your delivery, you are able, online to arrange a more convenient date or nominate a safe location to leave your package(s)/ Only available with FedEx and DX.

Tracking information and order updates will also be available in your customer order area.

DELIVERY COSTS

Our standard delivery charge is £5.50 ex-vat. to Zone 1. Additional charges may apply to Zone 2.

Take advantage of FREE Delivery when you spend a minimum of £50 (per order) ex-vat.

Orders above £50: FREE
Orders below £50: £5.50
These charges will be applied to your order once you have entered your delivery postcode at checkout.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

Working in partnership with FedEx, DX, The PalletNetwork Company and Royal Mail Parcelforce for all consignments. We seek to take great care of your purchase in transit and always seek to provide an excellent delivery service.

REMOTE AREAS

For orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, next day delivery tends to be cost prohibitive. A 2-4 day delivery service is offered as standard to these zones.

Following the end of the Brexit transition period, the increased costs and paperwork imposed by the UK Government means we have decided to temporarily cease deliveries to Northern Ireland.

We cannot accept deliveries to the the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man and any orders placed for delivery to these locations will be cancelled.

PALLETISED DELIVERY OF HEAVY GOODS SUCH AS STORAGE HEATERS & SWA CABLE

We are pleased to continue to offer a free 48 hour (Economy) palletised delivery service to the majority of the UK mainland - see list of exceptions listed below.

Please call or email before you complete your order to confirm any additional charges if your delivery address is located in any of the following postcodes:
AB, DD, PA21-PA41, PO30-PO41, PH1-PH7, PH14 IV1-IV19, IV30-IV36, KW1-KW14

Please do not place your order if you are unwilling to pay the delivery surcharge.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGE ON
SELECTED ITEMS

Some products on our website may attract an additional delivery surcharge on products that are larger, heavier, longer or otherwise difficult to ship.

Please note that some heavy goods may take longer to be delivered.

DIRECT TO SITE DELIVERY

We offer a direct-to-site delivery service to help increase your efficiency. Please enter the site address in the delivery section during checkout.

For all orders where the registered address and the delivery address differ will require the courier to obtain a signature upon delivery.

DELIVERIES OTHER THAN UK MAINLAND

We are sorry but currently, we only offer a delivery service to the UK mainland.
