Twin/shotgun cable is used for Sky and Freesat installations where two cables are required from the receiver to the satellite dish. Unlike TV Aerial signals, where the cable can be split into two, satellite cable cannot be split. If the receiver requires two cables for viewing one channel and recording another or there is more than a single tuner satellite receiver in the home, independent cables fed from the LNB of the dish to each receiver/tuner is needed.
Supplied with Heavy duty shielding for improved Interference rejection commonly known in the market as Shotgun cable. It is a very high quality cable with Tinned Copper braiding.
