The Timeguard IR10AB Infra-Red Remote Control lets installers, electricians and end users quickly adjust the settings of compatible Timeguard ceiling-mount PIR presence and absence detectors without needing to physically access the detector unit once installed. This handy remote is ideal for fine-tuning detector behaviour — including lux (light-level) sensitivity, time-on delay, operating modes and more — all at the touch of a button.

Engineered for convenience, the IR10AB features intuitive, symbol-recognised button controls that simplify detector setup and maintenance. With an effective infrared transmission range of approximately 5 m, users can make adjustments from floor level, saving time and effort during installation or ongoing calibration. The remote is powered by a factory-fitted and replaceable 3 V DC CR2032 battery, and backed by a 3-year manufacturer guarantee.
