Deligo CNLM8 Description

The Deligo CNLM8 is an M8 threaded long spring channel nut manufactured from zinc plated steel for use when installing 41mm plain and slotted channel support systems. Suitable for indoor, low corrosion environments.

The narrow rectangular base has grooves along the edges act as small gripping teeth that lock onto the channel when tightened. Has a tapped hole in the centre and incorporates a longer spring attached to the underside of the tapped hole.

The channel nuts is inserted lengthways into the central trough of the metal channel. Turing the nut 90° aligns the gripping teeth with the internal folded edges of the channel. When a threaded nut or bolt is offered up and tightened, the gripping teeth bite into the edge of the channel securing it in place. Provides a secure anchor point along the channel length to install pipe and cable support components.
