JCC ToughLED™ Pro IP65 LED corrosion proof battens offer an economical lighting solution using advanced LED technology that outperforms fluorescent and extends the life of the product in the toughest environments, eliminating maintenance costs and reducing energy usage.
Constructed with a polycarbonate diffuser and is available in 4ft, 5ft & 6ft options ensuring suitability for a range of applications. The diffusers are available in either white opal or frosted finish. Frosted diffusers allow for a higher lumen output whereas white opal diffusers are more suited to applications requiring a more diffused output.
Quick and easy to install, meaning new builds go up quicker and retrofits suffer less downtime, ToughLED™ Pro is ideal for commercial, industrial and leisure applications, including car parks, corridors and factories.

ToughLED™ Pro comes with a surface mounting bracket and triangular suspension bracket as standard. When used together you are able to suspend the fitting via jack chain or catenary wire allowing you the ability to achieve the correct lux levels required when fitting in high ceiling applications. Featuring anti-tamper screws, ensuring all electrical components are safely secured when the fitting is placed in public areas.
