The Ansell Lighting Prism Pro XM LED Fire Rated Downlights combine outstanding performance with a pioneering modular construction that allows the light engine and driver to be replaced individually rather than replacing the complete fitting. This innovative approach reduces waste, lowers long-term maintenance costs and supports more sustainable lighting installations, achieving a TM66 2.5 circularity assessment.
Designed for modern homes, apartments and hospitality environments, the Prism Pro XM range offers IP65 protection, making it suitable for bathrooms and other moisture-prone areas. Every fitting features selectable colour temperatures from 2700K, 3000K, 4000K and 6000K, together with dual wattage selection, allowing installers to tailor both light output and ambience from a single product.
Installation is fast and straightforward thanks to Ansell's innovative two-part detachable connector with tool-free lever terminals. The low-profile design is ideal for shallow ceiling voids, while Class II construction removes the need for an earth connection, helping to speed up installation on site.
The range includes standard, anti-glare and adjustable gimbal variants, together with a choice of interchangeable bezel finishes and replacement light engines and drivers. Fully tested to meet Parts B, C, E and L of UK Building Regulations, including 30, 60 and 90-minute fire-rated ceilings, the Prism Pro XM range offers electricians a future-proof, high-performance downlighting solution built to last.
