The FuseBox F3M2SPDZ is an enclosed Type 2 retrofit SPD kit designed to provide superior surge protection for existing consumer units and electrical installations. Ensures compliance with (BS 7671:2018+A2:2022) while protecting sensitive equipment and EV chargers from damaging voltage spikes caused by lightning strikes or power surges.

Fully assembled, ready-to-install kit. It includes the Type 2 SPD module, a 32A MCB, and the necessary cabling, all mounted within a compact, two-module enclosure.

The high-quality Type 2 SPD diverts harmful voltage spikes safely to the earth, preventing them from reaching and damaging sensitive electronic equipment.

The included 32A MCB provides a dedicated circuit for the SPD, ensuring the device is correctly protected and isolated.

The compact enclosure is designed to be easily mounted next to an existing consumer unit. It comes with a pre-wired busbar tail for a quick and clean connection to the main switch of the consumer unit.
