Xpelair’s Simply Silent DX100 range is built around Ghost Air Movement Technology, combining precision airflow design with long-life motors to minimise noise and turbulence.
At installation, you can select between two speeds (15 L/s or 21 L/s) to match room size and ventilation demands.
Multiple control variants—including timer, humidistat, pull cord, PIR or standard switch control—allow the fan to adapt to user preferences and room usage.
The DX100 supports wall, ceiling, panel or single-glazed window mounting (up to 6 mm), with a shallow spigot that enables compact installations.
With a splash-resistant IPX4 rating, backdraught shutter, and low power draw (6.7 W / 7.7 W depending on speed), it’s ideal for modern bathrooms seeking discreet, cost-effective ventilation.
