The fan is available in two models: the standard XS100S, activated by an external switch, and the XS100T, which includes an adjustable timer (3–25 minutes) for extended operation after the light is turned off. With an IPX4 rating, they are suitable for use in zones 1 and 2 of bathrooms, complying with UK Building Regulations Part F and Part L.
