Vent-Axia 479188 Description

The Vent-Axia Low Carbon PoziDry Compact Pro 479188 is a Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) unit with heater is an easy to install solution for properties that do not have a loft. The unit is ultra small with multiple inlet and outlet positions allowing it to be installed in the best place.

The system provides fresh, tempered air into the home and creates an indoor environment where the damaging effects of condensation struggle to exist, benefiting both the occupants and the structure of the building.

Air is drawn into the 479188 via an external inlet and through a short length of duct. The specially developed power pack cartridge draws the air through an integral, high capacity, washable filter. The precision engineered scroll/impeller assembly and anti-vibration body, guarantees ultra low sound levels and increased energy efficiency.

The unit comes with an integrated 300W heater, which is is automatically activated when necessary and tempers the supply air to a chosen temperature.

Smart Sense™ Technology records usage and energy consumption to ensure the unit has been used as intended. This can only be viewed by entering the three digit code on the lock feature, which is set up at installation, making the PoziDryCompact Pro tamper free.

The fresh, filtered air passes along the ducting and enters the room through a discreet grille. The rotatable integrated grille can be turned to one of eight positions ensuring that the airflow is always directed upwards, reducing cold draughts.

If the ambient temperature exceeds 27°C, the 479188 will automatically switch off to prevent over-heating. This temperature threshold can be adjusted at installation.

Supplied with G4 filters (PM10 filtration) that are up to 5 years maintenance free. G4 filters help protect against many everyday pollutants such as pollen and dust.
