Wiska SH506W Description

The Wiska Shark Classic SH506W is an IP68 80A straight gel filled insulated joint suitable for steel wired armoured (SWA) and flexible cables up to 5 core 1.5mm² - 6mm². The joint is supplied pre-filled with gel that can be  designed to be remoulded, with no expiry date.

The blue polyamide outer casing that is self-extinguishing in accordance with EN 60695-2-11. Supplied complete with 5 core insulated terminal block, retention clamp, earth braid, constant force roll springs and allen key.

Suitable for underground and overhead installation as well as installation in cable ducts. It is ready to use; re-enterable with immediate operation and excellent electrical insulation.

Ideal for connecting pedestrian & garden lighting or any other kind of equipment in wet areas where a sealed connection is required
