BG Electrical WP42 Description

The BG Electrical WP42 Nexus Storm is a 2 gang 2 way 20Ax single pole switch with neon indicator enclosed in grey IP66 weatherproof enclosure that protects the electricity supply from water and dust ingress in the most arduous of conditions.

This two-way switch can be wired for one or two way control and is suitable for controlling outdoor lighting as well as other inductive loads up to 20 Amps. The X in the 20Ax means that they are rated for fluorescent loads and don't need to be de-rated to counter for the inrush current generated by these types of light fixtures. Can be used as a direct replacement for an existing one-gang light switch.

The stylish modern profile has covers to conceal fixing screws, maintaining the IP rating. The colour coded terminals with backed out captive screws allow for quick and easy installation.

Enclosure is IP66 rated manufactured in robust high impact, UV stable, durable PVC and features cable entry knock outs on all 4 sides with removable blanking caps.

The WP42 is ideal for installation in the garden workshop, and commercial applications to control lighting and other appliances and can be used as a direct replacement for an existing two-gang light switch.
