The Zip ES6 Instantaneous In Line Water Heater is designed to provide hot water for handwash in areas where space is limited. It has been innovatively designed to heat water automatically as it flows through, without wasting energy in standby operation.
The Zip ES6 has a smart and compact design and employs bare-wire heating technology, ensuring a rapid heat-up and swift temperature adjustment whenever you need it. It heats only the water drawn off, eliminating standing heat loss for maximum efficiency.
Equipped with sophisticated electronics, ZIP ES6 water heater adapts power application to compensate for variations in inlet pressure and temperature, guaranteeing a consistent performance. The outlet temperature comes factory-set at 38°C, providing a comfortable experience, and can be further adjusted by installers within the range of 30°C to 45°C. The double pole thermal cut-out protection adds an extra layer of safety, ensuring worry-free use.
For correct operation, it's essential to use the special tap nozzle supplied with the unit, specifically designed for M22/24 taps. The ZIP ES6 is complying with IP24 standards and suitable for installation in Zone 1. To minimise heat loss, the unit should be installed as close as possible to the outlet.
