Heatrae Sadia Multipoint unvented water heaters are ideal for commercial installations where a single water heater is required to service the needs of multiple outlets. With no requirement for a cold water cistern, they are quick and easy to install, all that is needed is a cold water supply and mains electricity connection.

The range includes vertically mounted models with capacities of 10L and 15L with 3kW power ratings. Heatrae Sadia Multipoint supplied with a factory-fitted temperature and pressure relief valve to the highest quality and safety standards. A replaceable, alloy-sheathed rod-type heating element ensures longevity and ease of maintenance.

The Heatrae Sadia Multipoint outer casing is a white plastic top moulding with corrosion proof steel base and centre section, finished in white stove-enamel. Underneath this elegant exterior lies environmentally conscious insulation – CFC/HCFC-free (ODP zero) flame-retardant expanded polystyrene, guaranteeing energy efficiency. The replaceable heavy-gauge copper inner container is designed for a working pressure of 6 bar (87 psi) and type-tested to an impressive 20 bar (290 psi), ensuring durability and reliability.

Customise your hot water experience with the rod-type thermostat, externally adjustable from 10°C to 70°C, lockable in hot or mid-range positions. Heatrae Sadia Multipoint water heaters manufactured in the UK and BEAB & KIWA approved to UK water supply regulations.
