The Ansell Lighting ALUP/1/B/MWS Luppa CCT LED Bulkhead is a versatile surface-mounted luminaire combining powerful LED performance with microwave presence detection for automatic lighting control. Its durable black die-cast aluminium body and opal polycarbonate diffuser are backed by IP66 weather protection and IK08 impact resistance, making the fitting suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor commercial applications.

Installer-selectable 16W or 23W power settings provide corresponding outputs of 2100 or 3200 lumens, allowing the performance and energy consumption to be tailored to the installation. 2CCT selection between 3000K Warm White and 4000K Cool White provides additional flexibility from a single luminaire, reducing the number of different product variants installers need to stock.

The integrated microwave sensor provides presence-based lighting control, automatically activating the bulkhead when movement is detected within its configured detection area. This makes the ALUP/1/B/MWS particularly useful for corridors, communal areas, entrances, stairwells and other locations where lighting is only required when the area is occupied, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

Ansell has also designed the Luppa for efficient installation, positioning the gear tray on the diffuser so the base can be fitted first before the diffuser is connected. Removable conduit entries and tamper-proof stainless steel Allen key screws further support a secure, installer-friendly installation, while an L80 72,000-hour LED lifetime and 7-year warranty make the Luppa a dependable choice for long-term professional lighting projects.
