Ansell Lighting ALUP/1/B/MWS/SM3 Description

The Ansell Lighting ALUP/1/B/MWS/SM3 Luppa CCT LED Bulkhead combines powerful general lighting, automatic microwave sensor control and self-test emergency functionality in one versatile commercial luminaire. Its robust black die-cast aluminium construction and opal polycarbonate diffuser are protected to IP66 and IK08, making the fitting suitable for demanding internal and external environments.

Selectable 16W or 23W power settings provide corresponding outputs of 2100 or 3200 lumens, allowing installers to configure the performance and energy consumption to suit each application. The Luppa is also 2CCT selectable between 3000K Warm White and 4000K Cool White, providing additional flexibility from a single product and helping simplify specification and stock requirements.

Integrated microwave sensor control enables presence-responsive lighting operation, helping avoid unnecessary energy consumption in intermittently occupied areas. Combined with self-test emergency functionality, the ALUP/1/B/MWS/SM3 is particularly well suited to corridors, stairwells, communal areas, entrances and commercial circulation spaces where automatic general lighting and dependable emergency provision are required.

Ansell has engineered the Luppa for efficient installation, with the gear tray located on the diffuser, allowing the base to be installed first before connecting the diffuser. Removable conduit entries and tamper-proof stainless steel Allen key screws further support quick and secure installation, while an L80 72,000-hour LED lifetime provides dependable long-term performance.
