Timeguard STLW1000 Description

The Timeguard STLW1000 Suretime Outdoor PIR Light Controller provides motion-activated switching for outdoor lighting circuits such as garden lights, pathways, driveways, security lights and more — automatically turning lights on when movement is detected and off after a set period. Designed for surface mounting, this weather-resistant PIR sensor delivers reliable performance in exterior environments, with IP55 protection guarding against dust and low-pressure water jets.

Its 180° detection angle and 8 – 12 m range at a typical mounting height of 2.5 m offers broad coverage for outdoor areas, while adjustable time-on (3 s to 18 min) and light-level (10 – 1000 lux) controls let you tailor activation behaviour to suit site conditions — ensuring lights activate only in low light and stay on for the desired duration. A manual override (pulse) feature allows lights to be held on temporarily when needed.

Built with large, accessible terminals and knockouts for cable entry from underneath, the STLW1000 makes installation straightforward.
