The BG Electrical CFUEV5A is a white IP20 rated pre-populated SPD metal consumer unit designed specifically for use with EV vehicle chargers to allow for internal wiring applications.

18th Edition Amendment 2 compliant. Pre-populated with 40A 30mA Type A RCD Isolator, Type 2 SPD and 40A 6kA type B miniature circuit breaker. For use when the EV charger supply cable does not have mechanical protection.

The Type 2 surge protective device (SPD) provides superior protection against power surges and voltage spikes. This ensures that the vehicle is safe from any electrical damage while charging.

The IP20-rated all metal enclosure is robust and suitable for installation indoors.
