The Fusebox EV40ABDZ is a white IP2X rated compact pre-populated SPD metal consumer unit designed to provide the supply and protection to electric vehicle chargers.

18th Edition Amendment 2 compliant. Pre-populated with 100A mains Switch Isolator, 1 Module Type 2 SPD and 40A 6kA 30mA Bi-Directional RCBO For use when the EV charger supply cable does not have mechanical protection.

The Type 2 surge protective device (SPD) provides superior protection against power surges and voltage spikes. This ensures that the vehicle is safe from any electrical damage while charging.

The IP2X-rated all metal enclosure of the Fusebox EV40ABDZ is robust and suitable for installation indoors.

The EV40ABDZ is easy to install and use with earth and neutral terminal bars at the top, removable and raised DIN rail and round knock-outs on top, bottom and sides.
