The Lewden P04-B06/30/1PNA is a 1 module 6A 6kA 30mA combined 1P+N switched AFDD + RCBO device that fits all Lewden consumer units. It replaces the equivalent Lewden RCBO where additional ARC protection may be required, for added flexibility and ease of installation.
Type A for AC and pulsating DC sensitivity and fully compliant and 3rd party tested to BS EN 6206 / IEC 61009-1.
The Lewden P04-B06/30/1PNA is a double pole RCBO AFDD providing Arc Fault protection alongside overcurrent, short circuit, residual current and over-voltage protection. Immediately trips a circuit on the detection of electrical arcs.
The latest 18th Edition wiring regulations recommend AFDDs be installed for circuits supplying socket outlets in 4 areas;
