The BG Electrical CF12MS9-PP 9 Way Pre-Populated Surge Protected Switch Isolator Consumer Unit is designed to simplify installation while providing comprehensive protection for today's residential electrical systems. Supplied with 2 x 6A, 1 x 16A and 3 x 32A Type A bi-directional RCBOs, together with a 100A double pole main switch, integrated Type 2 Surge Protection Device (SPD) and three blank modules, it offers an installer-ready solution that saves time on site. The Type A RCBOs provide individual circuit protection against overloads, short circuits and earth leakage faults, while the SPD helps protect sensitive electronic equipment from transient overvoltages. Manufactured from a robust steel enclosure and compliant with BS EN 61439-3, the BG Fortress consumer unit range also incorporates installer-friendly features including an integrated spirit level, retained backed-out terminal screws, generous cable entry knockouts and optional cable clamp compatibility. Ideal for new installations, rewires and consumer unit upgrades, the CF12MS9-PP combines safety, flexibility and reliable long-term performance.
