The Scolmore Elucian CU1RCBOD6B Bi-Directional RCBO is a compact circuit protection device combining residual current and overcurrent protection within a single module. Rated at 6A with a B Curve characteristic and 30mA trip current, it is a Type A RCBO designed to provide protection against earth leakage, overload and short-circuit conditions.

Unlike conventional unidirectional devices, the CU1RCBOD6B features bi-directional operation, allowing the source of supply to be connected to either set of connection terminals where appropriate. This makes the Elucian bi-directional RCBO range particularly relevant to modern electrical installations where current may flow in either direction, including applications involving alternative or distributed power sources.
