Scolmore CUEB18MSRCDSP10 Description

The Scolmore Elucian CUEB18MSRCDSP10 is a white metal 18 way fixed surge protected twin RCD split load consumer unit with 100A double pole mains switch isolator, 2 x 80A 30mA Type A RCDs and variable knock-out sizes for versatile installation.

Supplied with 10 free ways in a 5 + 5 way configuration which can accommodate multiple circuits, providing ample space for organizing and protecting your electrical connections.

This unit is pre fitted with a 2 module Type 2 40kA SPD device to protect against lightning strokes and over voltages. The SPD device protects connected electrical and electronic equipment against transients, originating from lightning, switching of transformers, lighting and motors. 

The twin RCD split load configuration protects a configurable bank of 10 MCBs / RCBOs split into two circuits.

The live busbar has the shroud pre-fitted for extra safety and convenience. The neutral and earth busbars are supplied with backed off screws allowing a faster installation.

A mains switch tail clamp is pre-fitted for added stress relief to ensure the mains tail terminations do not come loose. It will accept a maximum of 25mm² double insulated tails.

Rear knockouts provide ample cabling capacity for any installation type. Each knockout is supplied with a 0.5M grommet strip to allow a smooth entry into the board, protecting cable from any potential sharp edges.

The non combustible and robust metal housing complies with the latest third amendment which was added to the BS 7671 wiring regulations in 2015 requiring consumer units in domestic premises to have a non-combustible enclosure.

A comprehensive accessory pack contains a sticker set, grommet knockout strips, 2 x blank modules, a detailed instruction sheet and a live busbar, cover and caps for added insulation and installation completion.
