The Greenwood Airvac CV2.1HT Unity is a high-performance 100mm (4 inch) continuous running dMEV fan designed to provide effective, energy-efficient ventilation in bathrooms, en-suites, WCs and utility rooms. With an IPX5 rating, it is suitable for installation in wet zones, making it ideal for modern domestic applications requiring reliable moisture control.

Engineered to help meet Building Regulations Part F, the Unity fan operates continuously at a low trickle rate to maintain air quality, automatically boosting when humidity levels rise. The integrated Smart Humidistat detects excess moisture and activates boost mode, while the adjustable timer overrun ensures effective clearance after use.

Its low energy EC motor provides quiet operation and minimal power consumption, making it a dependable solution for continuous mechanical extract ventilation (dMEV) systems.
