Aico EI128R Description

The Ei128R is a surface mount hard-wired relay base module that switches a relay to activate external devices when an Alarm in the system is triggered.

The electrically isolated contacts can be used for many applications such as signaling, turning on lights, strobes etc. It has volt free contacts (Normally Open and Normally Closed) as standard but can be wired to give a 230V output or 24V output using an external 24V supply.

The Ei128R is 230V AC mains powered and is designed to be installed underneath an Easi-fit base alarm. Alternatively the Ei128R can be remotely sited by using the supplied cover.

The Relay Module contains an internal switch that selects Pulse or Continuous output modes of operation. The Pulse output will switch back the relay contacts to their original state after 5 seconds. The Continuous output will continue to send a signal for as long as the Alarm sounds.
