Aico EI3030 Heat and CO Alarm Description

The EI3030 is Aico’s multi-sensor heat & CO alarm with 10-year rechargeable battery backup to offer the ultimate fire and CO protection, whilst maintaining the simplicity that installers love.

Contains Aico’s proven and dependable Thermistor Heat Sensor, high performance Optical Sensor and Electrochemical CO Sensor the alarm provides superior protection, ensuring accurate detection with visual indicators to pinpoint which alarm has been triggered. Its built-in high-performance technology ensures accurate Fire and CO detection whilst the integrated software allows the extraction of real-time data for simple monitoring.

Heat detector alerts you to sudden rises in temperature above 58°C, an optical photoelectric sensor is designed to detect smouldering fires and the electrochemical carbon dioxide detector senses toxic levels of CO that can come from gas-fuelled appliances, open fires or wood-burning stoves.

Multiple sensors feature a built-in dust compensation technology reducing the risk of false alarms from contamination while an easy-fit anti-tamper mounting plate provides easy installation and peace of mind. Flashing multicoloured LED lights provide alerts to any faults with the alarm or sensor. The manual test button can be used to silence the alarm if required.

The Aico Ei3030 Combined Heat and Carbon Monoxide Alarm operates through mains power, with the added security of a tamper-proof lithium cell battery backup that boasts a remarkable 10-year lifespan.

The Aico Ei3030 can be fitted in any room where both Fire and CO protection are required (apart from a kitchen), meaning coverage can be provided with fewer alarms.

The device holds Kitemarks for British Standards BS EN 14604:2005, BS 5446-2:2003 and BS EN 50291-1:2018.
