Aico EI650iRF Smoke Alarm Description

The Aico EI650iRF Optical Smoke Alarm works through the principle of light scatter to detect particles of smoke that enter into its optical chamber. Designed to be sensitive to every type of domestic fire, the Aico EI650RF smoke alarm is particularly sensitive to smouldering visible fires.

With its fitted RadioLINK+™ module, the Aico EI650iRF can connect with other SmartLINK™, RadioLINK+™ and RadioLINK™ devices and alarms, with the capacity to interconnect as many as 12 alarms to enhance the early detection system.

The Aico EI650iRFs RadioLINK+™ battery optical alarm features a lithium battery 3V power supply of its own to eradicate the need to charge the battery during its intended functional lifespan. When the alarm’s head is twisted on the mounting base, the battery activates to maximise battery life.

Fitted with an easy-to use, large Test/Hush button, the Aico EI650RF smoke detector can easily be frequently tested, using the button to silence any nuisance alarms. As soon as no smoke particles remain present inside the chamber, the alarm stops sounding automatically and broadcasts a signal which stops all of the other alarms from sounding too.

Supplied with an easy-to-install mounting base and screw fittings, the Aico EI650iRF Optical Smoke Alarm couldn’t be simpler or quicker to fit.
