The Scolmore Elucian CU1RCBOD16B Bi-Directional RCBO combines earth fault, overcurrent and short-circuit protection within one compact device. Rated at 16A with a B Curve tripping characteristic and 30mA residual current sensitivity, this Type A RCBO provides comprehensive individual circuit protection while occupying just a single module within a compatible Elucian consumer unit.

Its bi-directional design allows the device to accommodate current flow in either direction, providing additional flexibility for modern electrical installations where power can flow in more than one direction. The 1 pole + switched neutral configuration switches both line and neutral, while Type A residual current protection is suitable for detecting AC and pulsating DC residual currents.

With a true 6kA breaking capacity, 240V AC rating and compact 17.8mm width, the CU1RCBOD16B provides high-performance circuit protection without taking up unnecessary consumer unit space.
